How to get the EWC 2026 (Gold) Twitch Badge
EWC 2026 (Gold) is a free global Twitch badge for the Esports World Cup, a weeks-long esports tournament in the summer of 2026. How to get it? Watch a total of three hours of the tournament broadcast on Twitch between July 8 and August 24, 2026. No subscription needed; the drop counts pure watch time.
Gold is part of a five-tier set: Bronze, Silver, Platinum and Diamond hang off the same broadcast, which is why many viewers collect all five at once. More than 3,000 collectors on BadgeBase list the Gold tier in their collection.
Once the window ends on August 24, 2026, the design is history: big esports events keep receiving new badges, but never the same one twice. To see which Twitch badges are available right now, check the free archive; the timeline lists every remaining run time, and I announce new badges on Discord.
