Anomaly 2

Anomaly 2 is a strategy game developed and published by the Polish studio 11 bit studios. It was released on 15 May 2013 for PC, Mac and Linux, and later came to mobile devices and PlayStation 4. It is the sequel to Anomaly: Warzone Earth.

The story takes place after an alien machine invasion in 2018 has overrun Earth. Surviving humans travel in convoys across a frozen tundra in search of food and supplies, and you command the convoy Yukon. As in the first game, you do not build towers but lead units through enemy defences, and you can morph your vehicles into combat mechs with different abilities. Your approach influences which of the alternative endings you see.

A multiplayer mode lets one player control the alien towers while the other leads the human squad, as described on the Steam store page.
