About Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game
Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game is a one-on-one fighting game based on the Avatar franchise, developed by Gameplay Group and published together with PM Studios. After a delay from 2 July, it was set for release on 23 July 2026 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam, as Gematsu reported.
The launch roster has 12 fighters from Avatar: The Last Airbender and The Legend of Korra, including Aang and Korra in standard and Avatar State versions, Katara, Sokka, Toph, Zuko, Azula, Ozai, Kyoshi and Zaheer. The game includes a story mode.
The review by Gaming Trend called the combat very satisfying and praised the animations and elemental sound design, but felt the game was rushed out, with some characters looking unfinished.
