Frozen Synapse is a global Twitch badge for the simultaneous turn-based tactics game in which both sides plan their moves at the same time and then watch the plan fall apart. The badge points to the game's category on Twitch.

On the question of how to get it, the archive stays silent: no date, no condition, and not a single known owner on BadgeBase. The design effectively survives only as a database entry.
