OWL All-Access Pass 2019

OWL All-Access Pass 2019 closes out the five editions of the second badge set in the archive, and like most of its set siblings it has no registered collector on BadgeBase yet. It is a global Twitch badge from the 2019 season of the Overwatch League, which ran on Twitch.

How was it earned? The basis was the paid All-Access Pass for the league streams; beyond that, the archive data stays silent on this edition. Realistically, the pass survives today through its widespread first-set version.
