How do you get it?
Aurora is a free Minecraft cape for Java and Bedrock Edition that came with the launch of Minecraft Dungeons II. How do you get it? Between 29 September and 14 October 2026, watch any Twitch Partner or Affiliate streaming in the Minecraft Dungeons II category for at least 15 minutes. On TikTok, 3 minutes on a Dungeons II stream with Game Rewards enabled also count.
The watch quest gives you a 25-character code. Redeem it on minecraft.net/redeem with the Microsoft account that owns Minecraft, and do it before 31 October 2026, because that is when the codes expire. After that the cape shows up in both editions. The dates are from the announcement by Minecraft on X.
Unlike Hero and Twisted, which need the game itself, this one only takes a bit of watch time, so it is the easiest of the three Dungeons II capes to get.
