BadgeBase.de is a fan-made archive of global Twitch chat badges. We document every badge with its start and end date, show how to earn it, and give collectors profiles, leaderboards and comparisons.

No. BadgeBase is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with Twitch Interactive, Inc. All badge artwork and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Your level sits top-left on your profile. It climbs the more active you are around BadgeBase and in the badgebase_de chat, and adds up a lot of things: collecting badges (7TV badges count too), unlocking achievements, subscribing to the channel (every renewal counts too!) and gifting subs, donating (bigger donations count more), bringing friends via your referral link, logging in daily, and commenting on the blog or badge pages. Plenty of chat actions count too: cheering Bits (10 XP per Bit), hanging out in chat (10 XP per hour), typing #checkin daily, burning channel points for XP, raiding us (10 XP per viewer), and spinning the Wheel of Fortune once a day (grand prize 10,000 XP!). Catching eggs in the Egg Hunt counts too, and Bits power-ups ("Bits to XP") grant XP instantly. When you're close to the next tier, your profile even shows how many Bits it takes to "buy" the next level outright. Each tier needs more than the last. We deliberately keep the exact point values to ourselves so the level cannot be farmed — just stay genuinely active and it rises on its own. Some actions (e.g. comments) may be capped per day, and the formula can still change. The tiers are: 🌱 Rookie (level 1–3), 🎖️ Collector (4–5), 🛡️ Veteran (6–8), ⚔️ Elite (9–11), 👑 Master (12–14), 🏆 Grandmaster (15–16) and 🌟 Legend (17+).

It depends on the badge: some are earned by watching a specific category, others require a subscription, gifted subs, or events like TwitchCon. Every badge page on BadgeBase lists the exact steps and the time window — current opportunities live in the active badge archive — just complete the action while the badge is live.

Nothing. BadgeBase is completely free. If you want to support the project, you can donate or subscribe to the badgebase_de Twitch channel — subscribers get small perks like streak protection.

Free badges cost no money — you earn them by watching, for example. Paid badges require a purchase, usually a subscription, gifted subs, or a TwitchCon ticket. The archive lets you filter by free and paid.

Just open badgebase.de/u/YOUR-TWITCH-NAME/ — the profile is created automatically on first visit from publicly available Twitch data. It shows your collected badges, your rank and your achievements.

Our email alert: the moment a new global Twitch badge goes live, you get a short email. Signup is double opt-in only, and every mail contains a one-click unsubscribe.

Connect your Twitch account via Login and visit your profile every day. Each day extends your streak and climbs the streaks board. A new day starts at midnight German time. Subscribers get streak protection: missed days pause the streak instead of ending it. The old favorite star ⭐ is no longer needed, the login replaced it.

Yes — our iCal feed puts every badge start and end date straight into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook. Add your Twitch name and the feed turns personal, showing only badges you are still missing.

A free Twitch extension for streamers: it shows viewers the channel's badge statistics and current badge opportunities right below the stream.

Nearly 100 small awards on your profile — for streaks, follower milestones, chat activity, gifted subs, watch streaks, linking Discord, or a Twitch account older than 5 years, among others. Most appear automatically once you meet the condition; a few are still “Coming Soon”.

Bottom-right of the page (logged in, on desktop) you get small daily tasks — spin the Wheel of Fortune, type #checkin in chat, hang out in chat, or /claim on Discord. Each completed quest earns XP; they reset at midnight.

The Discord gives you daily XP via /claim, an achievement for linking, and new badges first. Connecting Discord to BadgeBase takes one click and is worth it for your level.

A big “Coming Soon”: once BadgeBase hits Twitch Partner, we build a team. On the Team page you can pre-register today and unlock the BadgeBase Team Member achievement — when the team launches we invite everyone who pre-registered.

Almost never — badges are practically always lifetime: once earned, they stay in your collection permanently. The exception, of course, are subscription badges, which disappear once the sub expires. Beyond that, losses are extremely rare: Twitch Staff who leave the company, Ambassadors who exit the program, or members of the mod community who violate its code of conduct.

The leaderboard shows your rank among all collectors, and the profile comparison puts two collections side by side — including the badges only one of you owns.
