In 2020 TwitchCon could not happen, so Twitch simply moved the party online and called it GlitchCon. GlitchCon 2020 is a free global Twitch badge for everyone who tuned in to the event's broadcast; according to the archive the window closed at the end of December 2020.
How do you get it? Back then, watching was enough, no ticket and no subscription. Over 1,400 collectors on BadgeBase carry this memento of the one year in which the community convention took place only digitally.
GlitchCon remained a one-off in the history of convention badges, a family that also includes the design for TwitchCon 2020 in Amsterdam. The event tag bundles all convention and event badges, and the free archive collects the no-cost designs.
