New Twitch Badges for September 2026 – The Complete Overview

September 2026 is turning into one of the busiest badge months of the year. SUBtember opened it, and since then ELDEN RING, Mouseathon, ZEVENT, WARDOGS, Onimusha, nopixel V, Solasta 2 and RuneScape: Dragonwilds, Joker Mayhem, Marvel's Wolverine, Blue Creeper Boss, the ATLUS set, PAYDAY 3, CONTROL Resonant, Rematch, Dungeons & Dragons, Big Walk and ACE COMBAT 8 have joined. This article collects every global Twitch badge that is collectable in September or starts fresh, with start and end dates and how many people already have it. Like the August overview, it grows over the month: as soon as a new drop shows up in the archive, I add it here. Last update: September 28.

Every badge links straight to its BadgeBase page with the streamer list, collector overview and live indicator. So you never miss a start: subscribe to the iCal calendar, check the timeline or turn on the Badge Alert. The full live list lives on the active badges page. New this month: many of the new badges also get a short video on YouTube, and you find it right on the badge page.

🎉 SUBtember 2026

Twitch's annual sub promotion SUBtember has been running since August 28 and continues until October 1 (7 PM CEST). The matching SUBtember 2026 badge comes from a sub, a gifted sub or Bits on any monetised channel during that window. It only started showing up in accounts on September 4, and Twitch takes up to 72 hours to hand it out, so a little patience helps. Around 8,000 people have it by now.

New subs get 25% off 1 and 3 months and 30% off 6 months, for the first term and at every tier, and for the first time the Tier 2 and Tier 3 discounts also work in the iOS and Android apps. Existing recurring subs, Prime subs, gift subs and Turbo are not discounted. Two extras sit inside the month: 10% Bonus Bits on Custom Power-Ups from September 12 to 19, and the Bonus Gift Subs finale from September 26, where every 5 community gift subs in a channel earn one bonus gift sub. Overall the promotion is practically identical to the last two years (source: tos.gg). I celebrate the month on badgebase_de and am giving away Twitch Turbo on the side.

🦇 LEGO Batman: Harley Mayhem

For the release of the new LEGO DC game, Twitch is running a badge series, announced by the LEGO DC Game. Harley Mayhem is paid (sub, gift or Bits) and runs until September 20, tied to the LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight category. More than 1,300 people have it. A second badge around the Joker was announced for the middle of the month, but as of September 10 it has still not turned up in the archive. It will appear here the moment it does.

⚔️ Sorcerer Rogier: ELDEN RING

Running since the first of the month: Sorcerer Rogier is paid and comes from a sub or gifted sub to a stream in the ELDEN RING category. The window is generous by the standards of this month, until September 29, and around 1,450 people have it so far.

🐭 Ironmouse Mouseathon

A free event badge around Ironmouse's Mouseathon: Mouseathon has been available since September 2 and runs until October 1. Announced by AlphaDuplo, reported in the tos.gg recap. With almost 5,900 collectors it is one of the month's most popular free badges.

🐮 MOOtivation: six hours and gone

The shortest window of the month by a wide margin. MOOtivation was free and open for exactly six hours on September 2. Almost 3,800 people made it in time, which says something about how fast the community reacts. If you missed it, there is no second chance, and it is a good argument for the Badge Alert.

🩸 The Blood of Dawnwalker

For the launch of The Blood of Dawnwalker there are two badges, both running until October 1: the free Launch badge for watching in the category, which almost 5,900 people have, and the paid Supporter badge for a sub, at around 1,350.

🇫🇷 ZEVENT 2026: over, and the last one

The French charity marathon ran from September 3 (6 PM) to the morning of September 7, and with it the free ZEVENT 2026 badge. More than 5,500 people collected it. It is a badge with some weight behind it: the tenth edition was also the final one. ZEVENT had been France's biggest charity marathon on Twitch since 2016, founded by ZeratoR and Alexandre Dachary, and across its ten editions it raised almost 33 million euros. More about the event at zevent.fr.

🐕 WARDOG and WARLORD

Two badges from the WARDOGS category, both from September 3 (8 PM) to September 30. WARDOG is free and drops after 30 minutes of watching, and with more than 5,900 collectors it is one of the big free badges of the month. WARLORD is paid and needs a sub or gifted sub in the category, around 1,280 people have it. A clean pair for anyone who wants to take one of each without committing an evening.

🗡️ Onimusha Armament

For Onimusha: Way of the Sword there is the paid Onimusha Armament badge, until September 18, via a sub or gifted sub in the game's category. More than 1,400 people have it, and it is the next paid badge to close.

🚗 nopixel V Launch and GTA RP Week

Twitch is celebrating the relaunch of nopixel V, the best known GTA roleplay server, with GTA RP Week. The paid nopixel V Launch badge comes from a sub to any stream in the Grand Theft Auto V category until September 30. The dates moved along the way: the Twitch campaign started three hours earlier and ends a full day sooner than the times I had first listed, which BadgeBase now picks up on its own. Almost 1,300 people have it.

Worth knowing, because it is easy to get wrong: watching does not earn this badge. Viewers collect the in-game Drops instead, up to GTA $1,500,000 and the Burger Shot Tracksuit, staggered over one, two, four and six hours. Two rewards in the same window, two different conditions. On top of that there are three new global emotes, limited-time Cheermotes in the category and a nopixel Extension with a collectible card each day. Everything is laid out in the official Twitch announcement.

🧙 Solasta 2 Multiplayer

New since September 8: Solasta 2 Multiplayer is free. Watch a stream in the Solasta II category for 30 minutes between September 8 and 29. The occasion is Update 1, which brings multiplayer to Solasta II, the turn-based tactics game built on the Dungeons & Dragons fifth edition rules. The 30 minutes do not have to be one sitting, but the channel has to be listed under Solasta II while you watch. Within two days almost 4,000 people had it.

🐂 Resonance Minotaur: final stretch until September 23

Still around from August: the free Resonance Minotaur drops after 60 minutes in the game's Drops category and runs until September 23. More than 5,700 people have it.

🐾 Pokémon: Pichu and the starters

The Pokémon chat badges from August keep running, until October 1. Pichu is free (watch 20 minutes on 3 days in a participating category) and with more than 11,600 collectors by far the most collected badge of the month. Bulbasaur, Charmander and Squirtle come one per sub or gifted sub, with 3 subs getting all three, and each of them is at around 3,000 collectors.

🔥 Diablo (BlizzCon)

Around BlizzCon there is the paid Diablo badge. Its window turned out much longer than first reported: from September 12 (10:18 PM) to September 26, not just a single day. Announced by AlphaDuplo.

🐉 RuneScape Dragonwilds Eye

On September 15 RuneScape: Dragonwilds leaves Early Access and launches in full on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S at the same time, with crossplay and the new Scorned Wilderness update (source: Jagex). To go with it there is the free RuneScape Dragonwilds Eye badge: watch a stream in the RuneScape: Dragonwilds category for 30 minutes between September 15 and October 1. Here too the minutes do not have to be in one go, but the category has to be right.

🎮 DRON-E: Rainbow Six Siege

For the Wasteland Circuit event of Operation Split Fire comes the paid DRON-E badge, from September 23 to October 13, via a sub to a participating Rainbow Six Siege stream. Source: AlphaDuplo.

🎪 TwitchCon San Diego 2026: still claimable

The two ticket badges stay claimable all through September, until November 15: Taco (3-day ticket, 142 collectors so far) and BeachBall (1-day ticket, 151). The schedule is online. All TwitchCon badges collected under #twitchcon.

🃏 Joker Mayhem

The month's second LEGO Batman badge: Joker Mayhem runs from September 12 to 28 and is a paid one. It takes a sub or a gifted sub to a streamer in the LEGO® Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight category. Around 1,700 collectors so far, which makes it slightly rarer than Harley Mayhem from the first half of the month.

🐺 Marvel's Wolverine

For the game's launch there is Marvel's Wolverine, from September 14 to 28, again for a sub or a gifted sub, here in the category of the same name. Just under 1,400 people have it so far.

🟦 Blue Creeper Boss: five days of Minecraft

Tokyo Game Show 2026 brought a very short Minecraft badge: Blue Creeper Boss, from September 17 to 22, for a sub or a gifted sub in the Minecraft category. A good 1,000 collectors in its first days, and the window closes on Monday morning.

🏆 WSCI 2026

For the World Star Challengers Invitational there is WSCI 2026, from the evening of September 19 to October 3. It is paid: a sub or a gifted sub to a channel in the League of Legends category with drops. It is the first badge whose page shows which of the tournament's 85 channels are live right now, so you can go straight to one that counts. Around 1,270 people have it.

🎭 Five badges for the ATLUS celebration

The biggest arrival of the month's end is a set of five, one per game: Homo Tenta (Metaphor: ReFantazio), Koromaru (Persona 3 Reload), Morgana (Persona 5 Royal), Nahobiho (Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance) and Teddie (Persona 4 Golden). All five are paid and only count in their own category, so all five means five subs. My guess of a start at the Persona anniversary broadcast on September 20 was off: the campaigns went live on the evening of September 24 and run until October 11, so there are more than two weeks. Morgana and Koromaru lead with just under 1,200 collectors each, Homo Tenta is the rarest of the five at around 950. All five are collected under #atlus.

💰 PAYDAY 3: four masks

Four badges arrive at once at the end of the month, from September 24 to October 10. Three of them are free and only depend on watch time in the PAYDAY 3 category: Chains after 30 minutes, Hoxton after 60 minutes and Wolf after 90 minutes. Dallas is the only paid one and takes a sub or a gifted sub. After the first days, Chains is at around 3,900 collectors, Hoxton at 3,750, Wolf at 3,650 and Dallas at 1,300.

🎧 Clipped That: a badge only DJs could get

This one only surfaced in the archive on September 23, after its window had already closed. Clipped That went to creators in Twitch's DJ Program who clipped a mid-set moment between September 1 and 16 and shared it on social media. It fits the change from earlier in the month that finally lets DJs create clips. With 167 holders it is by far the rarest badge of the month, and you could not get it as a viewer.

🍄 CONTROL Resonant: Don't Eat The Mold and The Inverted Man

Remedy's new game launched with two badges, both from September 22 to October 13. Don't Eat The Mold is free and takes one hour of watching in the CONTROL Resonant category, around 4,700 people have it. The Inverted Man is paid and comes from a sub or a gifted sub in the same category, at around 1,350. The campaign carried two badges at once and slipped past my drop matching at first, which is why BadgeBase now also links campaigns through their category.

⚽ Rematch Blue Lock

A long free one: Rematch Blue Lock drops after 30 minutes of watching in the Rematch category and runs from September 24 to October 22. Almost 3,500 people have it after a few days, so there is no rush, but it is an easy one to take along.

🎲 Dungeons & Dragons: d20 and Ampersand

Two badges for the tabletop crowd, both from September 24 to October 21. d20 is free and comes from watching Dungeon Masters on Twitch, meaning streams in the Dungeons & Dragons category. Ampersand is paid and needs a sub in that category. Around 1,750 and 1,270 collectors so far. Both were announced by AlphaDuplo and listed in the tos.gg recap.

🚶 Big Walk

Big Walk is paid and comes from a sub or a gifted sub to a streamer in the Big Walk category, from September 25 to October 4. Around 1,060 people have it.

✈️ ACE COMBAT 8 Nugget

For the launch of ACE COMBAT 8 there is ACE COMBAT 8 Nugget, paid, for a sub or a gifted sub in the game's category. It starts on September 29 and runs until October 26. According to the Twitch campaign, the Ace Combat Zero: The Belkan War category counts as well.

🐺 Wolf Medallion

On the same day, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Remastered brings Wolf Medallion, Geralt's medallion. It is paid, for a sub or a gifted sub in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt category (the Remastered category counts too), from September 29 at 12:00 CEST until October 27.

🔜 Announced, but no date yet

Three badges are already in the archive without a confirmed window: SEEGSON Synthetics (free, 30 minutes in the Alien Isolation category), Sevastopol Station (paid, Alien Isolation) and Ultramarine (paid, Space Marine 2 anniversary campaign). They are listed in the tos.gg recap from September 21. As soon as Twitch opens the campaigns, BadgeBase picks up the real times on its own. And on October 3 and 4, RuneFest brings two free RuneScape badges, RuneScape Shrimp and Yellow Party Hat, one hour of watching each.

What to keep in mind

A lot has closed by now: MOOtivation after six hours on September 2, ZEVENT on September 7, Clipped That on September 16, Onimusha on September 18, Harley Mayhem on September 20, Blue Creeper Boss on September 22, Resonance Minotaur on September 23, Diablo on September 26 and Joker Mayhem and Marvel's Wolverine on September 28. Still to come this month: Sorcerer Rogier and Solasta 2 end on September 29, WARDOG, WARLORD and nopixel on September 30.

A lot also carries over into October: SUBtember, Pokémon, Mouseathon and Dawnwalker (October 1), WSCI (October 3), Big Walk and RuneScape: Dragonwilds (October 4), the four PAYDAY masks (October 10), the ATLUS set (October 11), CONTROL Resonant and DRON-E (October 13), d20 and Ampersand (October 21), Rematch (October 22), ACE COMBAT 8 (October 26) and Wolf Medallion (October 27). All of that is already collected in the October overview.

Get the whole month into your calendar via the iCal feed, and use the new Missing tab in the timeline to see only what you do not have yet. What is currently rare shows up on the rarest list, and the 2026 leaderboard only counts badges that started this year. What changed on BadgeBase itself this month is in the September update, and the Twitch platform news is in the September recap.
